We require a qualified builder who is experienced in renovation and general building work. The work involves repairs/replacement to guttering, repairs/replacement under the eaves due to dry rot and repairs/replacement to framing in the affected area.There is quite a bit of surface rust to the cap and pipe flashings and these require treatment with a suitable rust inhibitor.
