Quote for the Repair of a water damaged area in a downstairs room, Insurance Assesor has approved claim just need right person and a quote. Possibly trying to find where the damage actually came from and fixing it. The work will involve, floor board, wall frame, gib and maybe a window repair. And I guess depending on where the damage came from that area too!
