Gib a room

My room is about 4.5 square metres. One side is taken up by a large window. It is currently still old-fashioned scrim. And I would like it gibbed so I can paint it. There are two 1930's style ceiling panels, about 1m x 0.5m that I think probably need replacing/repairing too. And I would like a very simple basic wardrobe built into the recess by the fireplace, possibly with a mirrored door.
