Repair French Doors

Hi ... our french doors are not closing. It appears the hinges have dropped? We have tried in the past to reset the hinges but it appears it has only worked for a little while. We are not sure if the framework, the doors or both are in need of repair or replacing. Some advise would be much appreciated. thanks
