Wall repair

We are looking fore someone who can fix a section of wall in the corner of our garage. It has been exposed to years of water running underneath the wall, causing some rot. I am guessing that we will need to cut back the rotten section at the bottom, possibly also fixing the framework inside. Maybe a small nib wall round the corner under the wood to prevent future water damage...? We are planning to replace the garage door, but need to fix this first.
