Re-align and redo external gate and board surrounds

Moved home and existing gate needs realignment and boards replacing. Use existing framework and change boards to match existing fence (in photo on right) capped at top etc to make more private and consistent. Using full height of posts take to top, and bottom to close gap at bottom to keep animals contained.
