Investigate a leak and repair
Job description
We have wet carpet in a room but no visible leak - it is all along one wall which has a window and ranchslider in it but there is no obvious leak coming from either. Need the house to be watertight! There are also a few repairs needed to the exterior of the building - I think the material is called hardiboard? Just a few areas where it has broken and needs to be replaced. Also interested in getting our windows checked through the whole house - there seem to be some draughts and rattles. House was built in the 90's.

Very happy with the work done, Paul was willing to accommodate our tenant's needs, even though it created more work for him. The price increased a bit from the original quote but this was because the workload increased when we discovered issues which were not possible to predict ahead of time, this was communicated promptly, I was given options and quotes, and I was very happy with the price and the timeframe. I would be happy to use Paul again in the future.
