Looking for quotes to build an additional toilet in an attached garage, with hand basin, extractor fan and lighting, to be sited where the current tub and washing machine are located (see photos). Additional plumbing required to move a laundry tub and washing machine further along the same wall with the dryer to be fitted above the washing machine. I will paint and decorate. Plans have been approved by the Council and are available on request. Registered tradies only please. Quotes for completed work please.
