Deck stairs

We are looking to get some stairs built from our second storey deck down to the ground level. It will involve building a landing platform that will need to join to the existing deck and then stairs down to ground level. The job will need council compliance so dfrawings will need to be submitted to the council and approved before work commences. We are looking for someone to complete the entire job from specification drawings, through to council permits through to building the deck - all to be completed by the trades person.
