We would like the following work undertaken: a) replace existing shower. Current shower is approx 910mm wide, 850mm deep. Is separate stainless steel tray, lining and door. We'd like it replaced but are undecided of best cost efficient option (eg complete unit, new tray/lining/door or tray/tile/door). There is minimal rotting in walls around the current shower that will also need replacing. b) New continuous hot water We currently have a gas hot water cylinder supplied by gas from the street. Would like this replaced with a continuous hot water system. We'd also like the existing cylinder removed from the linen cupboard c) Linen cupboard refit Once the hot water cylinder is removed, we'd like the linen cupboard refitted with new shelving and we'd like it relined to cover any holes left when the cylinder is removed. We'd like new doors fitted also to replace existing sliding doors d) Heated towel rail installed in bathroom e) Existing vent above the shower replaced with an extractor fan. f) new doors on master bedroom wardrobe. Would like to replace existing sliding doors with either bi-fold or just "normal" doors We would like itemised quotes for the above work as some work is "nice to have" rather than must have. We have not yet purchased any of the items for the work required and would appreciate advice of best/most cost efficient items required. We're working on a limited budget. Cheers
