New Build, Mt Marua, Upper Hutt

I am looking for an experienced builder (certified if possible) with demonstrable experience in building/ erecting frametek steel frame houses. This is essential. The house is quite large, single story with flat and mono pitched roofs. Exterior cladding is cedar, with some render and a fair bit of corrugate so substantial experience laying long run coloursteel and wall cladding preferred (or able to subcontract to a quality roofer). Final plans available for quote before Christmas. Start early to mid Feb preferred. Hutt Valley preferable but not essential. We are also seeking a landcscape designer to help us plan our outdoor areas. Site is flat, roughly 1/4 acre with a further hilly acre + in bush and pines. We are seeking a quality job by a reliable tradesman for a reasonable price. Thanks Nicola
