I am in the process of stripping the paint off my internal doors/frames and skirtings to expose the native rimu. There are certian sections that have been replaced over the years with pine and there is one doorframe (internal) that is not in good shape and will need rebuilding. I would like the sections of skirting replaced and the door frame re built with rimu that will remain exposed.
