Hang interior door

I'm wanting to get an interior door hung. Needs to be a solidcore door (noise insulation). Looking at one of the Hume Solidcore Doors probably. I can/could source once I know the size to get. The current door gap is around 1990 x 800. I think the doors are 1980h, and either 760w or 810w. Not sure if easier to go bigger or smaller. Job to include hanging the door, adding door stop and architraves (reuse existing or replace), adding door hardware. I would take care of any plastering/painting necessary afterwards.
