Replace Bathroom

In and "older" house I am wanting to replace bathroom ceiling because of mould issues and replace bathroom floor because of two areas of rot under tiles. This is a small bathroom with bath/shower/toilet and vanity. The floor area is tiled going half way up the walls. The balance of walls are painted gib.
