This will be a two fold job. 1. I require a builder's report and quotes for fixing anything that comes up in the report. 2. We will be renovating so while I have you there I'd like to get a quote for renovations. Link to the property if that helps. --- / --- Require job to be done before Xmas as I am in my due diligence phase. Property is in Waiuku.
