I am requesting the services of a town planner to advise what can and cannot be built on a 4000+ m2 block on Ward Drive, Opua, Northland. I am hoping for 2 or 3 townhouses. That Town Planner would be the prime local contact for the project with finding architects and builders and deal with other issues (eg Council inspections, certifiers etc). There is an existing house on the property.
