Entrance door installation.

I have the door and what I think is all the hardware. The door has been cut for a mortise lock, which I have and which fits. It has also been drilled for pull handles, which I have. There is a small wood 'step' that will need planning, hinges will need to be cut into both the floor and door frame. I have hinges. The old door is a bad fit that has been installed in an amateur fashion. Picture 1, new door, picture 2 the step, picture 3 the old door.
