Remove load bearing wall, open planning.

I have a 1930s house originally built by Naylor Love. It’s never been updated and I would love to remove the wall between the dining room and lounge and around the kitchen to open plan the space up. The main wall between the dining and lounge is load bearing. I have a plan for the work (removing the wall/s installing two beams) written up by a Dunedin based engineer ready to go. I’m also planning on a new bathroom if you are interested in that job too but I will make a second post for that.
