Job description
We need a qualified builder to build a non-structural wall frame(2.1m x 6m) to insulate a room with a concrete floor. Need the ceiling(~15m2) and walls(~18m2) insulated and gibed and need door installed. Demolition not required.

It was a pleasure doing business with these guys & I would feel happy hiring them again. They were timely, friendly & acted with transparency. We had many questions & each was answered cheerfully & well. We appreciated the effort put into the various options and costs we asked about. They explained clearly what they were doing and how long it will take. We were happy the job took less time than anticipated, was done well & that the cost was quite reasonable.
