Building work in exchange for holiday accomodation

We're wanting to repurpose our single garage into a sleep out and wondering if any qualified builders are keen to exchange some work for holiday time at the beach for themselves/family? Looking to; Remove tin cladding, Remove garage door and frame up solid wall, Insert ranchslider where existing door is, Replace pitched roof with monopitch roof, Clad in board/batten, I'd be supplying the materials and you the labour in part/full exchange for holiday house rental at Hahei - details to be worked through :-)
