About a square meter of chip board floor has a big dip in it, possibly rotted. It is soft under foot and squishy when trodden on. There is another area near the office which needs attention too. Probably the same problem. We have more issues coming up so would be good to have someone to call. We can arrange to be on site. Mondays between 11 and 2 are always good as we have a free luncheon. Other days we can arrange to have someone on site. Eftpos or cheque payments can be arranged.
