We have a few hardwood weather boards cracked and needing replacing, also a few lines of old soakers needing replacement. A few other weather have dislodged and need a few new nails. There is one Soffit corner which needs attention. The house is Rimu so not much rotten just older so needing tidy up before we strip and paint.
