Builder for house alterations cooks beach

Coromandel COOKS BEACH - Looking for a builder - works starting in November to work on alterations to a holiday home at Cooks Beach. Work includes removing and building a second story deck, and remodelling of living kitchen/bathroom/bedroom area all on second story. In particular this area will have new ceiling, kitchen, toilet room, ensuite, and removal of walls.
