we have purchased a new 3 bay strongbuilt kitset garage which we need built to architects plans, also a 4 metre deck off the side of the house, would also like bulder to complete permit applications, we have organised for soil testing etc. photo shows height of house that we want deck put on. The house is in Tuateawa, Coromandel
