We have a poll house, deck up top. Old deck needs to be removed (1m wide) and a new one 2-3 meters wide put in place. Some parts of the deck over 3meters high. The deck is the width of the house (which is only 54m square). Need help with consent etc, aware need engineer. ?start with draughsman, can you recommend someone
