Repairs to a ceiling and hot water cupboard after a fire in hot water cupboard last week. Mainly replacing ceiling in hallway, and rebuilding hot water cupboard. Insurance assessor is coming to town on Wednesday,31 Aug, and has asked us to try and find a builder. We may want to replace the kitchen roof ceiling as well.
