Tairua Rumpus room build (Live in option) Construct a fully enclosed, lined, insulated rumpus room with windows and entry doors under an existing pole house in Tairua. There is an opportunity to live in the house while constructing, we have preliminary measurements of the height and we are looking for an approx. 40sqm room to be built under the existing footprint of the house (no roofing required). Area is currently used for parking cars and a workshop. No excavation will be required. Job will be flooring (Concrete or timber, up to you) Framing, lining, cladding, fitting windows and doors.
