Install new cladding to seal underfloor insulation

Last year new insulation was installed and nicely sealed off with ply and seal tape on lowest level (maintaining existing pipe hangars refer example pictures). Our builder is no longer doing business so we are looking for someone to do a similar job and seal new installed insulation on our second level with materials possibly being: Plybrace 7mm --- tape sealing ecoply 60mm x 30M screws deck 8g x 40mm 500pk. Please refer images below of example of finished lowest level and picture of current new insulation on second level requiring sealing off.
