Remove half gable end cladding, install new cladding after roofing complete

Hi, We have a roofer that will be upgrading our old concrete tile roof to a long-run steel roof and we need a builder to remove the end half gables for this to be done. and once it is off we would like a new cladding installed after the roofer has completed his job. I have attached photos of the half gable, we will already have scaffolding on site.
