Double garage rain flooding solution needed

My garage flooded due to the heavy rain few days ago. Normally it doesn't flood in light rain The garage floor is not high enough compared to the surroundings. I noticed that the flooding mainly occurs from the south west corner and that's why I think could solve the problem (or at least reduce it significantly) if it can be sealed better I am after a solutions to this eliminate or reduce this problem, economical if possible.
