Bathroom Renovation

I have a rental flat that I would like to have the bathroom renovated. Probably not looking for a full reno - wanting it done quickly. I am happy to just have the feltonmix unit replaced (if they still make them), replacement of taps on bath and basin and then some new beading around the bath. If price was good - would look to have basin replaced with vanity and maybe the shower part put behind the wall with some wet wall lining. Happy to discuss.
