Leak in side of house

With all the rain recently my house has leaked in two places in existing walls - one appears to be from a faulty flashing and another is above a door which has a guttering above it. The cladding is concrete board. I also have some seepage coming in below a lounge floor board. The lounge is on the second story and the floor board is above a balcony - the water seems to be seeping in from below. I would like this fixed as well
