Putting in 1 new panel of soffit

We’ve just had one panel of soffit removed by a licenced asbestos removal company as it had significant cracks so was not safe. We now need a new soffit panel (approx 1.4-1.5m length) fitted by a builder. The panel will need a cut out for the existing external light. I’ve included a before photo just so the light can be seen in the before photo. The two after photos detail the area that needs new soffit.

Great to have the work done and on budget. Looks great and appreciated the good prompt communication and coming out to install new soffit for us.
