Install bathroom in the sleepout

We have a double garage where half of the garage is a permitted rumpus room (used as a sleepout). We would like to install a bathroom coming off the sleepout (inside the garage), with a washing machine, vanity, toilet and shower. We would like to use gas hot water. We have already purchased the toilet, shower, vanity and towel rail. So just need installation quotes. We are currently working on the council plans ourselves and are able to help out with the building aspect of the installation to save money (we will do the painting, etc ourselves), however we need some tradesmen and quotes. We have a drainlayer ready to go once the council plans are approved. Location: Avonside
