We require a qualified Builder (must be LBP) to re-tie our Joists to concrete piles on our sub floor.There are 25 piles on one job and 16 on another.All materials will be supplied.

We called for 5 quotes for the work we needed dome...Bowness Build were not the least expensive,but were a pleasure to deal with,prompt,hard working and they are clear communicators. No problem recommending Bowness Build at all.
