Would like to build a 4.5m x 3.3m (approx) mono pitch sleep out, similar in style to the attached photo. It will need to be moved with a hiab onto site. Would like it to be clad in shadow clad on the front (lowest height long side) , with roof and sides in ebony coloursteel. Ceiling and walls lined in untreated ply, with a strand board floor. Wall and ceiling insulated with Batts, and underfloor insulated with polystyrene. 1 x Aluminium French doors double glazed 1400mm W x 2045mm H and 1 x 1x Aluminium top hung opening window double glazed (1150mm W x 1000mm H) on the front. 1x Aluminium top hung opening window double glazed (1150mm W x 1000mm H) on the left hand short wall. 1x Aluminium fixed window double glazed (1150mm W x 400mm H) on the back (Highest long side) wall. Electrical prewire with 2x internal lights, 1x external light, 3x double power points and 1x fuse board. H5 treated sub floor and skids --- laser framing
