Remove Rockcote, fix moisture issue then plasterboard

I have high moisture readings in my Rockcote cladding and what seems like moisture weeping up through tiles. I want someone to: - Remove and dispose of the Rockcote on two walls - measures 4M x 1M and 1.4M by 1M - Help to identify and fix the moisture issue - I think may be coming in from window sills installed without drain holes - Fix any water damage behind the wall, if that's needed - Plasterboard where the Rockcote was, once the issue has been fixed and it's all dry in there. Hopefully any trapped moisture under the tiles will dry off also, but if that needs remediation, then we'll need to deal to that also.

Sam did an excellent job of assessing and repairing a water leak at my home. The work was quite technical, requiring clearing a wall to identify the cause, and Sam applied an innovative solution to address the issue. Sam's communications were always clear and consistent, a friendly guy to work with, generous with his time, and clearly results-based. Sam also came right in on budget.
