Rangehood installation and bathroom ventillation

Installation of rangehood in kitchen and venting outside. Bathroom extractor fan currently vents into attic so would also like this vented outside at same time. Ceiling is enclosed asbestos and external soffit is presumed asbestos so appropriate measures need taken. Please let me know if asbestos work can be done too otherwise I can arrange for asbestos professional to do cutting and sealing first. Can host site visits from 24th Feb onwards and work aprox first week of March
