Sure up rotted corner pole of carport / garage. Replace corner post if needed. Replace fascia board / bargeboard. Painted finish. Rot damage is from ivy plant that has been removed. Don’t want to go over board, just make safe and tidy. Can meet on site 15/16 January or when suits.
