New large tall deck and internal wall removals

This is a large multiple renovation job. The biggest portion is the new 2.5 meter high 63 square meter deck. This will require structural steel work as I will be installing a spa hot tub on it. The other part is removal of three internal walls (and adding a small wall) which will require new piles and reinforcing steel plates for a couple walls. Full structural design and engineering has been done for both renovations. The wall removal plans have already been building consented and the deck plans are currently being processed for building consent.
