Door repair or replacement

Hello, I have a 1980 x 910 x 44 door, which was pushed while the lock had not cleared, as such, some wood has bent out of place. I'd either like the door to be repaired to a standard that is fit for purpose i.e. security, or a replacement door. If we can get a second hand door that's ideal.
