Steps to ground at low side and standard hand rail and balustrade. Single kitset or similar wooden carport 3m by 5.5m (please specify roofing in quote) with guttering and connection to rainwater butt (for garden watering) or nearby stormwater drain. All stainless steel exposed fittings to comply with NZBC durability. Auckland City Building consent approved, plans available.
