Home extention

A current three bedroom home split into three levels by a few stairs. Inquiry is about renovating kitchen and extending that room into a living, dining kitchen area, with an additional master bedroom. Whilst this gets done, we want to get our carpet, painting, light fixtures, window frames and bathroom styles be renovated to be same throughtout the home, same goes for outside. Even though this wanted on the lowest level of the home, the clearance from the home level to grass level is around 2 metres with no current existing room where the high extension happens. Just looking for rough estimates, and past work pictures, not looking for someone to come in and do this work right away. Emailing is preferred.
