Hi guys, We are building a new house and will be managing the project ourselves but need some help in the pre construction phase. We have a pancake flat site and an H shaped house plan that we have finalized. We need help with the following tasks: - Concept plans - Foundation design - Topographical survey - Soak pit and septic tank engineering costs Could you please provide an estimate for the above steps? Anything within 10-15% of the actual costs would be helpful. Thanks
