Hi there, My name is Malcolm and I'm looking to get a quote for some renovation work at our investment property located in Mt Albert, Auckland. 5/35 Rawalpindi Street, Mt Albert. Currently the eaves of the back and front of the property are old and some of the supporting beams are rotting. (This is a small unit, approximately 50m square). We would like to get a quote for full replacement and/or repair. The tenant wanted to replace the eaves with clear/transparent material but I'm not sure how practical/workable that would be.
