Introduction While the original tiled dormer roof has been replaced in 2010 and is in good order, some timbers are rotting and need replacing. I expect scaffolding will need to be hired. Some panels are to be painted. Three areas are outlined below. Front (of house) refers to the west, back to east etc. Board are to be painted as required. 1. Garage door (front) {Photo 1} Replace with new board Paint and replace south facing panel 2. Bathrooms (back) {Photo 2} Replace board outside downstairs bathroom Replace board outside upstairs bathroom Paint south facing panel 3. Upstairs Wardrobe (back) {Photo 3} Replace timber at top of north facing panel Paint north facing panel
