I am happy with the majority of the job but needed some finishing touch. For example one of the gates doesn't close properly and due to using force every time closing it, it is starting to bow. It is also swing in the wrong direction which is creating problem. Before Xmas I had asked Fokke to come and fix it maybe sometime after New Year. He said he will get in touch around 3rd of January but I still haven't heard anything. There are a few other small problems which needed also to be fixed. I had fixed a few by myself. One thing that I am not very happy about ,they damaged my stone wall when they were putting the posts up and now refuse to repair it, and telling me to go and get help from the paper. This is an unexpected cost that I wasn't ready for it. To me this is not very professional!

"Thanks for the work Nahid. Regarding the schedule there seems to be a misunderstanding, because the timeframe I gave when we agreed before the start did not include the extra work you wanted. Especially if you realise that you added on for us 1) to build a shed. 2) 15 meter planter box. 3) wrap the seats with decking around. 4) wrap the deck with gauged timber 5)concrete an extra 15 stepping stones in the pebbles. 6)ad fencing and a gate and painting your fence as a free service. Before we did put in the gate we checked wich way you liked to have it opened but after using it you liked to have it opening the other way, you are right sorry I haven't been in contact but we will fix everything our first working day this comming Monday.
