Retaining walls and fencing

We need approx 36m of retaining walls along our boundry. Retaining height varies between 800mm and 1100mm. Some areas are up against garaging walls (block and weatherboard). A 1.5m capped fence is to added on top of the retaining with approx another 16m along the boundry where there will be no retaining. The retained area needs to be filled. Access is very limited.
