Floor repair and kitchen demo

We need someone to replace a rotten floor joist, patch our kitchen floors and demo the existing kitchen ahead of our new kitchen install on Oct 20. We had a builder lined up but they've just cancelled. He had estimated it was two to three days work for two people. The house is an old villa and some of the floor boards need replacing. The joist is the outermost joist, bordering the external wall.

Mike came to our rescue after another builder cancelled at short notice. He was incredibly helpful and easy to deal with - and showed up exactly when he said he would. He sourced all the materials (including recycled Kauri floorboards) and took away all the refuse for us. The whole job was done for a very reasonable fixed fee and ran to schedule. We would definitely recommend Mike and use him again for any building work.
