I have a corner window which extends out beyond flush with the external wall (see pictures). I want to replace this with a standard window which is flush with the wall. The joinery should be aluminium, in keeping with the style of the other existing windows. You'll note from the photos that there is a post at a 45 degree angle to the corner. The work would likely include making changes to this to align with the new window. In addition, I have another upstairs window which is showing signs of rot in the jamb/sill. I would like this repaired (one close-up photo attached).
